Senior Product Designer - AI-Driven SaaS
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Remote to join our growing team at Brightflag. As a market leader with a product that customers truly love, we are scaling quickly and need someone who can help us continue to build and evolve our AI-first product. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to make a significant impact within a driven product team.
What You'll Do
- Own meaningful product domains end-to-end, from early discovery through to delivery and iteration.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering in a true product trio, helping to shape the problem space and explore solutions.
- Communicate design vision and decisions clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Lead and contribute to human-centered discovery and research, defining problems clearly and validating opportunities.
- Use product analytics data alongside customer insight to inform design decisions and identify friction or opportunity.
- Bring structure to messy, ambiguous problem spaces using sketches, flows, prototypes, and system thinking.
- Stay close to real customer workflows and work with Customer Success and Support to understand what’s happening on the ground.
- Help raise the bar for design quality at Brightflag, from critique and craft to research and design systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design within a product-led SaaS environment.
- Proven product design craft expertise and experience owning meaningful product areas end-to-end.
- Strong in human-centered design and discovery, comfortable framing problems and validating direction.
- Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy B2B products.
- Clear communicator who can explain their thinking and influence decisions.
- Experienced in iterative, Agile product environments.
- Expert-level use of Figma and comfortable with product analytics tools.

Deep experience in user research methodologies, including usability testing and user interviews, to extract actionable insights that inform product design decisions in a B2B SaaS context.
