About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team focused on Agentic AI applications. In this remote role, you will leverage your expertise in UX and visual design to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. What You'll Do

  • Design and prototype user-centered interfaces for AI applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma and Sketch to create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the AI and UX fields.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the team.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align design strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in designing for AI/ML products or complex B2B applications.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
  • Experience with design systems and component architecture is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience in partnership marketing or sales collaboration.
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques.
