Senior Research Credit Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

CreditSights is currently seeking a Senior Research Credit Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This Senior Research Credit Analyst remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading independent credit research firm that has been providing award-winning, unbiased research on global credit markets for 25 years. As a Senior Research Credit Analyst, you will empower clients to make informed investment decisions by delivering critical intelligence in complex financial markets.

What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality credit research with depth, timeliness, and market relevance.
• Analyze debt issuers with a focus on the Euro Retail and Consumer Goods sectors.
• Lead the Euro Consumer/Retail team, managing and mentoring junior analysts.
• Engage effectively with clients and market participants, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay attuned to market and sector changes, producing relevant research that meets client needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the HY credit markets.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and experience analyzing companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience analyzing credits within the HY Retail sector.
• Degrees in STEM, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and FactSet.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance workflows.
