Senior People Operations Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming our global payroll system and enhancing the employee experience across the APJC region. You will be a key player in ensuring accurate data management and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead concurrent rollouts of the new payroll system across 2-3 countries in the APJC region, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data handling.
- Execute high-volume data cleansing and validation to maintain Workday as the single source of truth, performing detailed audits with ADP.
- Develop user scenarios and conduct testing to ensure system tasks align with real-world operations, enhancing efficiency.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) post-implementation and train local People Ops Specialists.
- Provide high-quality support to employee inquiries, acting as a liaison between employees and People/Payroll teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and elevate the employee experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration, particularly in large-scale system rollouts.
- Deep understanding of the HR-to-Payroll pipeline and the technical nuances of the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading workshops and translating technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Workday and experience with ADP Celergo integrations is a significant advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the APAC region, understanding local compliance and operational needs.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support systems.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
