In this role, you will be part of a high-performance Organic Growth team, focusing on innovative strategies to enhance our visibility across search engines and app stores. You'll leverage your expertise in SEO and organic growth to drive impactful results in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency landscape.

What You'll Do

• Execute the TradFi organic growth strategy, ensuring alignment with product and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and brief content with SEO best practices embedded, emphasizing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Lead and execute digital PR initiatives to enhance authority and drive competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with Tech SEO to implement best practices across architecture, crawlability, structured data, and indexation.
• Analyze search trends, competitive movements, SERP changes, and performance metrics to fuel rapid optimization cycles.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate SEO and GEO into page structures and content experiences.
• Stay ahead of industry changes in search and LLMs, rapidly adapting strategies as needed.
• Operate with pace, delivering high-quality work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth.
• Strong on-page SEO and content-led optimization skills.
• Working understanding of technical SEO and digital PR techniques.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights quickly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in finance, fintech, or regulated industries is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO).
• Background in content marketing.
