Senior Officer - Client & Portfolio Services (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Officer - Client & Portfolio Services to join our dynamic team at Ocorian. This Senior Officer - Client & Portfolio Services remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the financial services sector, particularly focusing on alternative investments such as Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Debt assets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships while delivering high-quality portfolio management services.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive client and portfolio management services for dedicated fund mandates in the alternative sector.
• Lead the relationship with clients and key service providers, ensuring timely execution of portfolio transactions.
• Conduct analytical reviews of investment presentations and underlying transaction documentation.
• Coordinate compliance checks and document investment decisions effectively.
• Monitor asset performance and review periodic reporting in alignment with the Investment Advisor.
• Prepare quarterly reports for the AIFM board covering fund activities.
• Participate in project work aimed at improving service delivery and compliance with regulatory developments.
• Maintain corporate and operational documentation related to the funds.

Requirements

• University degree in economics or law.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience with Luxembourg AIFs, ideally within an AIFM operation.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in high-profile environments.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Experience with capital market products and derivatives as hedging tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business needs with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deliverables under pressure.
