Senior Mental Health Clinician - Remote Youth Services
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician - Remote to join our dedicated team at Each. This role is pivotal in supporting young individuals aged 12-25 facing severe mental health challenges. You will lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapy while mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to the development of our Youth Enhanced Services (YES) program.
What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver specialist counselling using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
- Support and mentor junior clinicians to uphold high service standards.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure integrated care for clients.
- Document clinical work accurately and meet service targets.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and referral pathway development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in individual therapy with adolescents.
- Understanding of trauma, youth mental health, and recovery principles.
- Experience in delivering evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- Current registration with a professional body.
