Senior Manual Tester - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manual Tester - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through meticulous manual testing. As a Senior Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in identifying bugs, improving user experience, and ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Create and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking defects and managing testing workflows.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
• Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and .NET frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure.
