Senior Manager - SAP SuccessFactors EC and Platform (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager of SAP SuccessFactors EC and Platform to join our global team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the strategic direction and development of our SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solution, focusing on best practices, optimization, and global scalability. As a hands-on leader, you will direct the Employee Central module product lifecycle and drive the design, optimization, and daily operations of the entire SAP SuccessFactors HCM Platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead a global team of remote staff to administer and ensure compliance for the SAP SuccessFactors Platform and SuccessFactors Core HR module across 40+ countries.
• Configure, maintain, and support Employee Central and its integration with EC Payroll.
• Support system upgrades for Platform, EC, and Joule, troubleshooting complex system issues and partnering with vendors as needed.
• Develop and drive the rollout of AI-enabled capabilities within the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• Lead audit and compliance-related reporting and associated controls, ensuring global Role Based Permissions maintenance, audit, and governance across the Platform.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead HR technology delivery initiatives through a hybrid agile software delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor trends in Employee Central and the “Hire to Retire” processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance user experience.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and maintenance of EC and Time Off solutions for global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of system administration experience leading the implementation, release management, and administration of SuccessFactors Employee Central in a global environment.
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing a globally diverse work-from-home staff.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central product features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors Administration Certification in Employee Central or willingness to obtain certification.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the integration of EC Payroll, DRM, Onboarding 2.0, Joule, and BTP.
• Deep domain knowledge in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and Core HR system processes.
• Experience in vendor management for partners delivering support and project initiatives.
