We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent & People Operations - Remote to lead our HR initiatives and enhance our employee experience. What You'll Do

- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including performance management and offboarding.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize HRIS and recruitment tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Promote DEIJ principles within the organization to enhance workplace culture.
- Conduct regular training sessions on compliance and HR best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on team management and employee relations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or talent operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and HRIS systems.
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation in HR processes.
- Experience in project management and process improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in product design or user experience design.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and React is a plus.
- Background in digital marketing or sales enablement.
