Customer Service Administrator - French Speaking (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator - French Speaking (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Blatchford. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, providing efficient solutions to inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including logistics and sales, to ensure seamless order processing.
- Handle purchase orders and customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage complaint resolution and order tracking, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Prepare invoices and credit notes for customers, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor and track returns, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the ACS department with test products and the creation of ACS numbers.
- Contribute to process improvements and share ideas for enhancing customer service operations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in a customer-facing role within a commercial environment.
- Fluency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems such as Syteline and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a structured and meticulous approach.

- Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools.
