What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage complex marketing funnels and A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and integrated marketing efforts.
• Proactively identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities using emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
• Develop and implement robust marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute directly to the company's revenue growth.
• Actively listen to market feedback and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Contribute thought leadership on market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth or demand generation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant customer acquisition and revenue growth in B2B crypto, fintech, or other complex/regulated industries.
• Strong leadership experience, including direct management of marketing teams.
• Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools, SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).
• A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
