About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Recruiting - Remote to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive operational excellence in our recruiting processes. In this role, you will utilize data-driven hiring strategies to enhance our recruitment capabilities and improve candidate experience.

What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting management.
  • Proven track record in data-driven hiring and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
