Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting management.

- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
