What You'll Do

• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures.
• Configure and maintain networking equipment to support seamless communication.
• Establish and maintain data backup and recovery procedures for business continuity.
• Monitor enterprise systems to identify potential issues and proactively resolve them.
• Analyze system capacity and performance trends for future infrastructure needs.
• Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues escalated by tech support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Linux Systems Administrator.
• Proficient in scripting, virtualization, and system administration.
• Experience with tools such as Ansible, Dynatrace, and Jenkins.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
