Senior Knowledge Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager - Remote to lead our knowledge management initiatives and optimize our content strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management frameworks that enhance organizational learning and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that knowledge is effectively captured, shared, and utilized across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Utilize analytics dashboards to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and project management teams to optimize content management systems (CMS) and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in knowledge management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, documentation standards, and knowledge management methodologies.
• Experience with CMS platforms, HTML, Markdown, and SQL.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ITIL and KCS methodologies.
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance sectors.
• Knowledge of AI optimization techniques for knowledge management.
