About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Institutional Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. As a Senior Institutional Growth Manager - Crypto & DeFi Remote, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our institutional Earn product offerings. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of building an inclusive financial ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, enhance, and build institutional Earn product features within the Binance Earn suite.
  • Research and develop new institutional-level Earn and wealth management products tailored for Institutional/HNW/VIP clients.
  • Drive measurable institutional growth in Total Value Locked (TVL), client onboarding, and revenue growth for Binance Earn products.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to deliver product initiatives and enhancements.
  • Partner closely with the VIP team and Internal BD team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Manage relationships with institutional clients, including family offices and asset managers, to understand their needs and present tailored Earn solutions.
  • Identify market trends and customer pain points; provide actionable feedback to enhance Binance Earn offerings.
  • Lead institutional marketing campaigns, workshops, and webinars to educate clients on Earn products and yield strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in institutional product development, business development, or wealth management, preferably within crypto or fintech.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of crypto products and solutions, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to sophisticated clients.
  • Proven track record managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks related to digital assets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to analyzing market trends and optimizing product strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with family offices, asset managers, or institutional investors.
  • Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 products.
  • Familiarity with Binance Earn and the broader Binance products.
