What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and strategies to enhance organizational performance.
• Diagnose organizational challenges and coach managers to implement effective solutions.
• Drive people interventions that lead to measurable business impact.
• Partner with client groups to translate business challenges into actionable HR solutions.
• Utilize people data to inform decision-making and enhance workforce effectiveness.
• Lead or support cyclical people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with People Operations to establish clear ownership boundaries for HR functions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to advise on organizational performance and drive transformation initiatives.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of business operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and confident coaching abilities to influence leaders.
• Knowledge in organizational design and team structure optimization.
• Experience in executing change management initiatives.
• Working knowledge of employment law in Europe, the UK, and the US.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a tech or startup environment.
• Familiarity with HR analytics tools.
• Certification in HR management.
