About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our HR strategy and enhancing employee relations across the organization. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership to drive talent management initiatives and foster a culture of performance management and employee engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Lead initiatives in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and coaching sessions to enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and drive decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational design and workforce strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in project management and event planning.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the medical technology industry.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
