About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Global Commercial Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our global HR strategy and aligning it with our commercial objectives. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and other leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Lead initiatives in change management, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
  • Utilize data-driven coaching techniques to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with legal standards, including GDPR and other regulations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global or commercial context.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, change management, and organizational culture.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data analytics and HR metrics to drive decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Fluency in AI and its application in HR processes.
  • Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
