About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Head of Demand Generation - Remote to lead our demand generation efforts and drive growth in our B2B SaaS environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the demand generation strategy, focusing on performance marketing, paid media, and account-based marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create effective marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize data engineering and analytics to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-energy culture.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and affiliate marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategies for client engagement, prospecting, and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives that enhance customer activation and retention.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and CRM systems, such as HubSpot and AWS.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment and manage projects asynchronously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in account management and enterprise sales is a plus.
