We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Angular and Java) to join our dynamic team at WorkFlex. What You'll Do

• Plan, develop, operate, and own our innovative platform using Spring Boot and Java for backend development.
• Collaborate with product managers to build user-friendly frontends using Angular and TypeScript.
• Set up and manage the technical cloud infrastructure to support our products.
• Engage in agile software development practices to ensure timely delivery and high-quality code.
• Work with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL to manage data effectively.
• Implement automated build and deployment processes using Git and Docker.
• Contribute to DevOps initiatives, including setting up monitoring and alerting systems.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, taking ownership of your work.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on Angular and Java.
• Solid understanding of backend processes and experience with Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, particularly TypeScript and Angular.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of automated build and deployment processes using Git and Docker.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with continuous quality control systems.
• Previous work in a remote team environment.
