Senior Full Stack Engineer - Internal Platforms

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Oscar. This Senior Full Stack Engineer remote position allows you to start fully remote, with a transition to onsite work in Las Vegas after 3-6 months. You will be part of a fast-growing company focused on building large-scale AI and cloud infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable full-stack systems used by engineering and operations teams.
• Lead projects end-to-end from architecture through production.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and internal tools optimized for reliability and performance.
• Improve platform observability, monitoring, and operational tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate internal needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and long-term architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience in cloud-native environments.
• Strong backend skills in Rust, Go, Node.js, or Python.
• Strong frontend skills in React, Next.js, or similar.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and modern DevOps practices.
• Comfortable working across backend, infrastructure, data, and frontend layers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Experience building real-time dashboards or monitoring systems.
