Senior Full-Stack Developer - Telecoms Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Iraq. This remote role offers a unique opportunity for seasoned developers to lead a high-performing team in the telecommunications sector.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, real-time telecoms applications.
• Build and manage a high-performing development team from the ground up.
• Set technical direction, define code standards, and enforce best practices across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the technical roadmap of a fast-growing organization.
• Act as the subject matter expert for full-stack development across the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack development, ideally in telecoms, VoIP, or VAS environments.
• Strong leadership experience, including team building and management.
• Expertise in front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, etc.) technologies.
• Solid understanding of system architecture for scalable, real-time applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Chinese nationality or fluency in Chinese (essential).
• Willingness to relocate to Iraq (full relocation support provided).

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading remote teams.
• Knowledge of telecommunications regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
