Commercial Support Associate - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Drive top-of-funnel growth through cold calling and outbound outreach as a Commercial Support Associate remote.
• Manage initial contact and qualification calls to ensure a steady flow of scheduled meetings for the leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to support reliable forecasting and sales pipeline management.
• Support Commercial Managers with pitch preparation, follow-ups, and sales materials.
• Act as the main contact for routine client inquiries, providing quick resolutions and managing customer requests end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support Account Managers with ticket updates and service changes.
• Identify and escalate commercial risks early to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with contract documentation, approval workflows, and invoicing checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience (internship or part-time experience in sales, operations, or customer-facing roles is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in customer interactions and outbound outreach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and the ability to maintain accurate customer and pipeline data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
