Production Associate - Remote Opportunity at CommScope

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Production Associate role at CommScope, a leader in connectivity solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dynamic production team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. What You'll Do

• Take ownership of your output, scrap, quality, safety, housekeeping, and handovers.
• Work as part of the production team in all aspects of the production process.
• Report directly to a Team Leader on shift.
• Participate in a 3-shift cycle (12-hour shifts) Monday to Friday, including a mixture of days and nights.
• Engage in continual improvement processes to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility for processes.
• Good communication skills for effective handovers at shift change.
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns as required.
• Understanding of the need to work within procedures and systems.
• Openness to continual improvement in your role.
• A good level of spoken English is required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience of working shifts is an advantage.
