About the Role

Are you a driven Senior Full-Stack Developer ready to take on a strategic leadership role within a fast-growing aggregator in the telecoms space? We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer on behalf of a global client that provides full-service Content, Software, VoIP, and VAS solutions to businesses worldwide. This is a unique opportunity for a Chinese national (or fluent Chinese speaker) to relocate to Iraq with full relocation support and take ownership of building and managing a Dubai-based development team. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be a subject matter expert in full-stack development, helping shape the future of a dynamic and tech-forward organization.

What You'll Do

• Act as the Full-Stack Development subject matter expert across the business.
• Build, manage and lead a high-performing development team based in Dubai.
• Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications and backend systems.
• Set technical direction, code standards, and best practices for the development team.
• Collaborate with product, VoIP, and VAS teams to align development efforts.
• Design architecture for both front-end and back-end systems that support real-time telecom solutions.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of all developed applications.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the tech stack and development processes.
• Report directly to executive leadership and provide regular updates on project progress and technical performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Full-Stack Development, ideally in the telecoms, VoIP, or VAS industry.
• Chinese national or fluent Chinese speaker – essential for business operations.
• Willing and able to relocate to Iraq – full relocation support provided.
• Experience leading or managing development teams, with the ability to build from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
