About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team at a London startup focused on revolutionizing education through machine learning. As a Senior Full Stack Developer remote, you will play a pivotal role in developing our flagship mobile application designed to teach English to intermediate and advanced learners. What You'll Do
- Design and implement a new high-scale system capable of supporting millions of users.
- Build convenient CI/CD processes and testing pipelines to facilitate quick iterative development and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with our team on ML model development, constructing robust data pipelines and deploying machine learning models.
- Analyze large datasets and develop real-time recommendation systems.
- Work with diverse data modalities, including text, video, images, and audio.
- Engage in a cross-functional team environment alongside mobile developers, product managers, ML engineers, and designers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building high-load applications from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of AWS and experience with architecture planning and estimation.
- Strong skills in architecture scalability and simplicity.
- Research skills for new APIs, libraries, and services.
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation pipelines, Terraform, and Docker.
- Solid understanding of SOLID and KISS principles, as well as decomposition principles.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with best practices in building scalable mobile APIs (REST, HTTPS).
- Good principles of security management.
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Ability to speak multiple languages or willingness to learn.

Who Will Succeed Here
