Brightflag is seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to influence the UI direction of our AI-first product. What You'll Do

  • Build and design UI product features using the latest technologies, including React, TypeScript, and Material UI.
  • Lead the migration of legacy AngularJS code to React, ensuring a smooth transition and improved performance.
  • Apply best practices in UI and UX design, focusing on state management and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to design and implement new features effectively.
  • Propose and discuss alternative solutions to enhance product functionality.
  • Write unit tests and work closely with QA Engineers to ensure high-quality code.
  • Conduct code reviews, providing guidance to team members to improve overall code quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and experience with TypeScript.
  • Experience interfacing with RESTful backend APIs.
  • Background in SaaS or product companies, with a focus on delivering software to enterprise customers.
  • Passion for writing clean, high-performance code.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a consensus-driven approach.
