Senior Front-end Developer - React.js Expert

We are looking for a Senior Front-end Developer to join our team remotely. As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will leverage your expertise in React.js and Redux to build high-quality, scalable user interfaces that enhance user experiences. What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build scalable and reusable UI components using React.js and Redux for effective state management.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Integrate UI components with RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless functionality.
• Implement front-end best practices, including component-based architecture, clean code, and maintainable patterns.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborate through pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI) to support automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsive UI/UX across devices and browsers.
• Document development processes, architecture decisions, and technical recommendations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Redux.
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and modern front-end design patterns.
• Experience working with Git and contributing to Agile/Scrum teams.
• Practical experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database concepts.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript in production environments.
• Familiarity with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar).
