About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Associate - Remote to join Precision Development (PxD), a global non-profit organization dedicated to leveraging technology and data science to improve the lives of farmers in low and middle-income countries. As a Senior Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in financial management, implementation, and planning, working closely with our CFO and finance leads across India, Kenya, and Ethiopia. This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that enhance incomes and protect the environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and conduct high-quality financial operations to ensure strong financial oversight across PxD.
• Support organizational growth through improved financial systems and processes.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across different geographies to drive meaningful change.
• Manage audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Management-level experience in finance, with a strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
• Experience with financial systems and accounting software.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and grants effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree; accounting qualifications are a plus.
