Senior Executive Assistant to the CTO and CIO - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the CTO and CIO to join our team at Wipfli. This role is a remote opportunity that plays a critical role in enabling high performance and operational excellence across our Technology organization. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages complex priorities, and ensures seamless execution in a rapidly evolving technical environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the CTO and CIO, handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Manage schedules by exercising expert judgment to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with meeting scheduling, preparation, and execution by coordinating agendas, materials, attendees, and follow-up documentation.
- Consolidate and analyze highly technical information; organize and refine into actionable reports and documents.
- Track project milestones, key deliverables, and follow-up actions for leadership initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate travel, logistics, expenses, and materials for internal and external engagements and events.
- Support digital operations by effectively managing and maintaining knowledge, files, and documentation while serving as a Microsoft 365 super-user.
- Serve as a liaison for the CTO and CIO with internal and external stakeholders, providing seamless communication.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting executive leadership in a professional services environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt internal tools and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot).
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and time deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
