What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Drive the technical vision for mapping products, aligning with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong background in software engineering, particularly in geospatial technologies.
• Experience managing remote teams and delivering projects on time.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on mapping or location-based services.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with data visualization and GIS tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in mapping.
