About the Role

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Provide consultative support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to empower clients with the knowledge to manage their e-commerce platforms effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce growth consulting or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing successful growth strategies in the e-commerce space.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Shopify, Meta Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
