Junior Program Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Program Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs within the organization. As a Junior Program Manager, you will collaborate with program leads to monitor project status, manage timelines, control deliverables, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. This position is crucial for ensuring the success of strategic initiatives by aligning teams, identifying risks promptly, and supporting problem resolution.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and coordination of program activities, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Contribute to the preparation of program documentation (roadmaps, progress reports, timelines, dashboards).
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities with project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress of deliverables and milestones, highlighting delays or risks to senior management.
- Keep updated on national and international regulatory changes and understand differences (ECAC, ENAC, STAC, ASN, TSA, etc.).
- Coordinate the implementation of new regulations within business processes.
- Maintain documentation, including action logs, risk registers, and budget monitoring.
- Support problem resolution by collaborating with involved teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience (6-24 months) in project coordination or operations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical approach and basic problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® or similar program support roles.
