About the Role

ServiceTrade is seeking a talented Senior Demand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. As a key player in our marketing team, you will report directly to the VP of Revenue Marketing and will be instrumental in translating business priorities into actionable marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of integrated campaign strategies aligned with company growth goals and revenue targets.
  • Define campaign themes and audience segmentation, ensuring full-funnel activation plans are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive multi-channel activation plans, including offers, landing pages, and promotional strategies.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for priority target accounts.
  • Own the activation of campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and performance tracking.
  • Drive distribution and conversion performance by optimizing landing pages, nurture sequences, and CTAs.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, including MQLs and revenue impact.
  • Support product launches with integrated marketing campaigns that align with product positioning and buyer journey stages.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leading integrated B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to performance measurement.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
