Director of Global Leadership and Performance - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Global Leadership and Performance to join Condé Nast in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact global leadership and enterprise learning initiatives. As a leader in this position, you will act as a strategic learning partner across various functions and markets, owning key global leadership programs while supporting the broader enterprise learning agenda.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the High Potential Leadership Program (2026 cohort) from inception to delivery, including stakeholder management, vendor oversight, and reporting.
  • Support the rollout of the 2026 Senior Leadership Team Program and prepare for the launch of the 2027 cohort.
  • Develop and execute a rollout plan for Leadership Commitments across the organization.
  • Drive alignment between leadership programs, enterprise learning, and people processes.
  • Manage the company-wide coaching strategy, including executive coaching.
  • Act as a quality assurance and thought partner on global Management Development content.
  • Facilitate selected UK-based sessions for managers at all levels.
  • Build strong relationships across HR, Talent, Functions, and Markets to translate business priorities into targeted learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running global leadership programs end-to-end.
  • Strong program management skills with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
  • Experienced facilitator comfortable working with senior leaders and executive audiences.
  • Skilled in senior stakeholder management and influencing at VP/SVP level.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect initiatives while delivering operationally.
  • Autonomous and agile, comfortable navigating a matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing external vendors and coaching partners.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including to NYC.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday, Google Suite, and Articulate.
