About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions and ensure data quality.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of data applications.
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data lakes and warehouses.
• Implement CI/CD practices to streamline deployment processes and enhance data operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on data platform engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data integration techniques.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DataOps practices and tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and React for building data-driven applications.
• Knowledge of Golang and its application in data processing.
• Familiarity with incident management and site reliability engineering principles.
