Senior Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity at Ruby Labs

About the Role

Ruby Labs is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing team. This Senior Data Analyst remote position will allow you to work with a variety of clients to build their future data environment and play a critical role in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams to create new dashboards and maintain existing reports.
• Conduct user behavior analysis and aha moment analysis.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights, find trends, patterns, and provide recommendations to maximize KPIs.
• Monitor metrics and design robust data models in SQL.
• Give and receive actionable feedback to and from peers and the Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science, or Economics.
• At least 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Product Analytics and familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Marketing Analytics.
• Familiarity with Python and GCP, BigQuery.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow or dbt.
