What You'll Do

• Build, develop, and maintain core Compliance Function (2nd line) frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure internal alignment.
• Assess and evaluate compliance risks and practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance gaps.
• Contribute to compliance awareness and capability building.

Requirements

• Experience in a bank’s legal or compliance function.
• Higher education, preferably in Law or Business Management.
• Experience working with banking regulations.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present topics to diverse stakeholders.
• High ethical standards and commitment to results.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
