About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Data Analyst to join our team at Xometry Europe, a leading AI-enabled marketplace revolutionizing the manufacturing industry. As a Remote Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering analyses, experiments, and dashboards that drive measurable outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategies and optimize processes, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

What You'll Do

• Deliver insightful analyses and experiments that inform business decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Looker to visualize key metrics.
• Analyze process, product, and platform performance to enhance revenue and quality.
• Specify data needs and validate data quality to ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare datasets and support model evaluation for machine learning features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Pay attention to data quality and detail in all analyses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably in B2B/B2C marketplaces.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or equivalent dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and applied machine learning experience is a plus.
• Solid foundations in probability and statistics.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
