About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Closer - Full-Cycle Sales (B2B & B2C) - Remote to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective closing techniques and relationship management. As a Senior Closer, you will engage with both B2B and B2C clients, utilizing your expertise in sales strategies to close high-ticket deals. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our success.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot and Pipedrive to track leads and manage customer relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to both B2B and B2C markets.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations, leveraging emotional intelligence to build rapport and trust.
- Self-source leads and opportunities through various channels, including outbound sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer care and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in B2B and B2C environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-ticket deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot and Pipedrive.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (bilingual preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI solutions is a plus.
