About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Your expertise in banking operations will help you excel in this position.

What You'll Do

  • Open and manage new consumer and complex business accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
  • Actively cross-sell the Bank's products and services to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely responses to inquiries regarding accounts and services.
  • Process all new account transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with other business lines within the Bank to identify sales opportunities and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct monthly business development calls to generate new business and meet branch profitability goals.
  • Support clients with essential Treasury Services and maintain thorough knowledge of bank products.
  • Provide expedient and courteous service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of banking teller experience is required for the Senior level.
  • Advanced experience with opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts is essential.
  • Strong customer relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security is a must.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Experience in cross-selling banking products and services is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have

  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Treasury Services and business accounts.
  • Familiarity with banking software and core systems.
