Senior Client Service Representative - Remote Banking
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Client Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. What You'll Do
- Open and manage new consumer and complex business accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Actively cross-sell the Bank's products and services to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely responses to inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Process all new account transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to banking regulations.
- Collaborate with other business lines within the Bank to identify sales opportunities and improve the overall customer experience.
- Conduct monthly business development calls to generate new business and meet branch profitability goals.
- Support clients with essential Treasury Services and maintain thorough knowledge of bank products.
- Provide expedient and courteous service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of banking teller experience is required for the Senior level.
- Advanced experience with opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts is essential.
- Strong customer relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Knowledge of banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security is a must.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience in cross-selling banking products and services is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Experience with Treasury Services and business accounts.
- Familiarity with banking software and core systems.
