Customer Service Representative - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Remote to join our dynamic team at Carreras Grupo Logístico. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and manage administrative tasks related to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

What You'll Do

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date customer databases and administrative records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the correct delivery of services.
• Prepare reports and documentation on customer service activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including document management and shipment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and administrative processes.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new employees in the customer service area.
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Additional training in customer service or administrative management is desirable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and administration, preferably in the logistics and transportation sector.
• Previous experience using CRM systems and administrative software.
