HR Advisor - Remote Opportunity in Italy

About the Role

Join us as an HR Advisor in Italy, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across our Italian Customer Centres. This HR Advisor remote position allows you to blend operational excellence with strategic partnership, supporting around 60 colleagues in the Semiconductor and General Vacuum sectors.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive hire-to-retire HR support, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings and agency relationships, while contributing to employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR system data and support payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and produce monthly HR reports.
• Coordinate local training and champion employee engagement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with HR Managers across Europe to align on people strategy.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear communication abilities.
• Proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
