About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our retail team at Ankerbrot. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for actively selling our high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are looking for a part-time remote opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Engage in active selling of our premium bakery products.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
• Prepare fresh coffee and snacks for customers.
• Present our baked goods attractively to enhance customer experience.
• Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent service.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Customer and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to develop personally and professionally.
• Availability for early shifts, including some starting at 4:00 AM.
• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
• Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Minimum age of 18 years and a clean background check.
