What You'll Do

  • Lead engineering efforts in machine learning operations (MLOps) to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer, with a strong focus on AI agents and climate technology.
  • Proficiency in Python, Golang, and Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning principles and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
