Senior Art Director - Remote Role in Wellness Brand

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Art Director to join our dynamic team at Boba Tea Protein. This remote position offers the opportunity to elevate our brand's visuals and lead creative projects that resonate with our audience. As a Senior Art Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our wellness brand, which innovates at the intersection of boba and fitness.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute compelling art direction for campaigns that align with our brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Oversee the production of visual content for online and physical platforms, including social media and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create design strategies that deliver powerful messaging.
• Maintain and enhance the brand guide to ensure consistency across all visual elements.
• Conceptualize campaigns and design assets that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and design advancements to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Assist in coordinating production days with team members and external collaborators.
• Engage in social content creation, including filming and concepting for platforms like TikTok.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Strong graphic design skills and a deep understanding of design systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Degree in creative advertising, visual communication, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience in lifestyle and product photography.
• Familiarity with videography for social media content.
