About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Ad Sales Director Remote to join our dynamic team at Brave. This role is crucial for driving our revenue growth and expanding our client base in the advertising sector. As a Senior Ad Sales Director Remote, you will leverage your expertise to foster relationships with key clients and enhance our Ads Rewards Ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and quantify advertising clients to grow Brave's revenue.
  • Develop business cases and create innovative proposals that drive value for both parties.
  • Foster relationships and lead discussions and negotiations with partners, from C-level executives to key functional leads.
  • Utilize your network to create Brand Partnerships that enhance our advertising offerings.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a pipeline of potential advertiser leads in priority verticals.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and engineering to onboard partners effectively.
  • Influence key discussions about overall partnership strategy and platform roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with Brave’s executive team to support strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience selling a wide variety of digital media ad products including Search, Performance Media, and Brand Advertising.
  • Strong network of advertising buyers.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with 7-10 years of Digital Media Sales & Management experience.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a 5-10 million euro book of business.
  • Highly organized in managing all aspects of client service.
  • Experienced in executive-level presentations, both internally and externally.
  • Must reside in France and speak fluent French.
  • 10+ years of business experience preferred.
