ICT Sourcing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Sourcing Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with our organizational goals. As an ICT Sourcing Manager remote position, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our sourcing processes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and enforce guidelines and processes in the sourcing area.
• Design project-based sourcing strategies while considering relevant sourcing risks.
• Advise and support staff in creating tailored requirement specifications.
• Gather information about potential suppliers, including Request for Information (RFI).
• Create Requests for Proposals (RFP) for awarding service contracts.
• Lead the bidding process and conduct contract negotiations.
• Draft and finalize contracts with suppliers.

Requirements

• Technical education with further training in business administration.
• Knowledge of ICT products and solutions, their procurement markets, and technological developments.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Experience in drafting contracts and leading negotiations.
• Experience in evaluation processes and creating evaluation reports.
• Active knowledge of a second official language and good English skills.
