Clinical Applications Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for educating customers on using our GYN Surgical Solutions products effectively. You will become a trusted advisor, providing clinical expertise and support to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Educate customers on product usage and troubleshooting, ensuring efficient operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a technical expert.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to assist in presentations and demonstrations.
• Support surgical procedures by providing technical product support and ongoing customer service.
• Partner with field sales representatives to assess customer needs and provide training programs.
• Make presentations to surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff to enhance product understanding.
• Submit reports on territory operations, product acceptance, and competitive activity.
• Attend corporate training, sales meetings, and industry conferences to stay updated.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, Nursing, or a related field.
• Advanced experience in a surgical/clinical setting as an applications specialist.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce CRM, and Oracle ERP systems.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Knowledge of local accreditation requirements related to medical devices.
